SIM & Co is a locally owned full service personal assistant and event planning company based in Charleston, SC. We provide contract services for local businesses, professionals, seniors, families or just anyone in need. Team SIM can coordinate, execute, plan and research anything from relocating a client to managing your most memorable event. We are looking to fill our intern position with someone that is creative, enthusiastic, can work independently as well as in a team setting, innovative, reliable, and responsible.

Responsibilities

 Manage and maintain client appointments and schedules
 Transport or assist with errands, shopping services, etc.
 Assist in Day of Coordination for Special Events
 Administrative and/or Virtual office assistance, organization and filing
 Assist in planning corporate, holiday and special events
 Email correspondence & Calendar Management
 Social Media and Marketing Management
 Sending out inviting emails to clients, vendors and team members to aide in orchestration of special events and team functions
 Wait services for vendors
 Scheduling and attending client meetings with management

Requirements

 Strong computer and typing skills – Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop (not necessary, but a plus)
 Strong writing and communication skills
 Must be able to multi-task and follow through with all task
 Strong organizational & time management skills
 Professional appearance and attitude
 Own Transportation
