We are seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant / General Office Worker with solid computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite.

Duties
•Answering telephone
•Order supplies and equipment
•Data entry, filing, and other general office duties
•General office administrative functions as required
•Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings and appointments

Qualifications
•Must have at least 1 year of experience
•bookkeeping experience
•Excellent customer service skills
•Ability to type 35+ words per minute
•Candidate must be highly skilled in Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel. Outlook, PowerPoint)
